Airbrush general placement of shadows.

 Step 3 

Apply darkest color to bottom of each wave.
Texturize the hair with a mid-tone color.

 Step 4 

Using color-Doge, emphasize light source.

 Step 5 

Using a gray color, paint within darkest areas of hair.

Step 6 

Add small highlights. Distinguish individual locks of hair.

Step 7 

Add a ton of fly-away hairs.

Step 8

Adjust color to preference and done!
