Base color

 Step 2 

On an overlay layer, add center light.

 Step 3 

Cast shadows with cool tones.

 Step 4 

Introduce warm colors and texture.

 Step 5 

Add reflections from atmosphere.

Step 6 

Decrease opacity of lines. Blue overlay on the right side to emphasize atmospheric light.

Step 7 

Paint over lines. Refine some details. Decrease brightness and add red orange overlay.

 Step 8 

Final color adjustments.
