Colour in the petals. Use the base and the petal lineart for the colour and blend this. The upper part of the petal is always lighter than

Determine where the light is coming from, Then use the overlay layer to add shadow
and light. I usually use a
darker blue and a light orange/yellow.

Clean up your drawing and make it look a little less messy. It's important to remember that
roses usually have messy petals, dont be afraid to add
some squiggles in there.

Finish up your drawing and add details you would like. |
