If you're ready, let's start !

 Step 1 

paint random bits of color! paint with grey!
mess with the saturation!

 Step 2 

 put in photo editor crank up saturation tower sharpness

 Step 3 

paint more colors all over the stuff

 Step 4 

back into the photo editor more saturation
tower sharpness again added a magenta tint

 Step 5 

use color grabber to select parts of the canvas - be sure to cover up almost alF of the blurry parts!
